TAGGED AND TRACKED: GLENN ARMSTRONG BACK IN COURT OVER SECOND ALLEGED BREACH OF ORDER
Glenn Armstrong will return to court on 13 October 2026 facing allegations that he breached a non-molestation order for a second time.
The case is listed in Court 9 at 10.00am at Westminster Magistrates Court. Case Ref: 01CW1321626.
The latest court appearance comes despite Armstrong already having been convicted of breaching the same order, a conviction that left him with a criminal record and under court supervision.
Armstrong is currently subject to strict bail conditions, including wearing an electronic GPS monitoring tag that allows authorities to track his movements.
He also remains barred from entering parts of the Lewisham area under restrictions linked to the order.
Glenn Armstrong, the once self-proclaimed multi-millionaire property developer, was sentenced at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today after admitting he breached a non-molestation order protecting his former wife, Charlotte Robertson/Laudat/Armstrong.
The man who once boasted of wealth and success now relies on benefits. (Photographed as he left court with a criminal record).
Magistrates handed Armstrong a 12-month community order, forcing him to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity, and banned him from entering the SE26 postcode.
The non-molestation order remains in place until May 2026.
His punishment included a £279 fine, to be clawed back directly from his Universal Credit payments.
It marked a stark collapse in fortunes for the former high-living “millionaire” leaving court not in luxury, but under supervision, out of bounds from his ex-wife’s neighbourhood and paying his penalty in instalments from the state.
