ALIAS USED

As Glenn Armstrong still is restricted by his bankruptcy, he has cooked up a rather unintelligent plan to use someone else to swindle people!

His dubious "business" partner, Christoz Wild (CHRISTOPHER DAWKINS) it appears is now the shadow director to funnel the funds they dishonestly obtain, in a brazen attempt to avoid the bankruptcy restrictions, which have been further extended until May against Armstrong.

Christoz Wild (CHRISTOPHER DAWKINS) alleges that he is the sole tenant of Carisbrook House, which under property law prevents an immediate eviction and prevents the repossession of the property.

It is clearly a sham and a front to deceive the courts, with Wild at the last hearing alleging that he was abroad and the eviction had "material deficiencies" which delayed proceedings and is now awaiting a listing date to have him evicted.

As he is taking funds with Glenn acting as broker, he is clearly assisting Glenn and breaking the rules of the bankruptcy order.
