CREDITOR'S COMMITTEE

On 12th August 2021, a creditor's committee was formed.

The principal functions of the committee are to sanction the exercise of certain of the trustee's powers, approve their remuneration and to retain oversight of the bankruptcy.

The committee consists of 5 seats, 4 are taken by creditors and one is taken by HMRC.
