Yes, Glenn Armstrong is alleged to be committing fraud which led to his bankruptcy. It is perfectly legal to say that for the reasons stated below.

It is a complete defence to a claim in libel or slander if the publisher (this website) can show that the allegations they have published are substantially true. 

It is a defence to a defamation claim if the  publisher (this website) can show that what they published was a statement of opinion;  that the statement complained of indicated the basis of that opinion;  and that an honest person could have held the opinion based on any fact  which existed at the time the statement was made. 

On a matter of public interest: the publisher (this website) must  show the statement complained of was, or formed part of, a statement on a  matter of public interest and that the defendant reasonably believed  that publishing the statement complained of was in the public interest,  having regard to all the circumstances of the case.  

This protects statements made on occasions where  public policy requires people to able to speak freely.  Qualified privilege provides a defence to the publisher of a statement  in circumstances where they had a legal, social or moral duty or  interest to make the publication and where the publishee has a  corresponding interest in receiving it.  If a defendant successfully  establishes that a statement was made on an occasion of qualified  privilege this offers a complete defence.

Mr Armstrong & Charlotte Armstrong and others reported on, have at all times been offered a right of reply to the matters stated in this website.

To this date they have not done so. 

If you are a Police Officer, who has had this site reported, please contact the administrator on the contact page, as the Police have previously dealt with the complaint of this site by Glenn and Charlotte Armstrong and declined to proceed with the complaint both in the Civil and Criminal Courts, as it was determined they were both making wholly false statements.
